Ordering/Payment Information

Direct purchase : Customers come to our office and purchase the items immediately. Before come to our office call us first so that we can well prepare the products.

Email order : Customers select the items and email the details to us. We will quote the price plus the postage by return. We recommend maximum weight for each order is less than 2kg. Approximate local postage is

Customers can pay by deposit the order amount into our company bank account directly.

Delivery Information

We will endeavor to keep all items in stock for immediate delivery and will not substitute products without the customer’s prior approval. All products will be delivered by  parcel post the next business day after payment is confirmed. 

Conditions of Refund 

Any product bought from us can be returned for a refund of the purchase price subject to the following conditions:
(a) We must receive the item back complete, in an unused condition in the original packaging within 21 days from date we originally shipped the product out.
(b) Shipping and Handling charge as per receipt or invoice issued by us is not refundable.
(c) Return shipping is payable by customer.
